Who we are?

Wakefield fascia Company was first established in 1985 under the name of P & C Stokoe. We are still a small family business but, now under the control of Michael, Peter and Jean New. Together we have over fifty years of management experience, mainly in the Building Industry.

What do we do?

From the outset, Wakefield fascia Company has been the Wakefield district stockist of Swish Building Products. This is our prime function.

We carry a comprehensive stock of the popular items in the Swish range of cellular PVCu products.

If, by chance, the required items are not in stock, we are able to obtain them extremely quickly, usually by the following day.

We also carry large stocks of PVC rainwater goods, ie: gutter, rainwater pipes and associated fittings in various profiles.

Plus a wide selection of consumable items such as: silicon, building foam, various sealing tapes, cleaning agents and of course, screws and fixings.

What service can we provide?

When dealing with our company you can be assured that your requirements will receive the attention of one of the principles of the business, be it a quotation, an order or delivery. It is our intention to provide the best possible service to our customers and we will use our best endeavours to fulfill that intention.

What else?

As well as being the Wakefield stockist of Swish Building Products, we are the Swish Approved Installers for this area. We are able to advise, quote for and install the Swish Roofline System, both to the private house-owner and to the Local Authorities alike. We are also Fensa registered replacement window installers.

Our Customers?

We have a large customer base, which includes Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, Wakefield and District Housing, most local builders and private individuals on a DIY basis.

Our future?

We intend to build on the success of the last 27 years, by extending our premises, extending our stock levels and, introducing new and innovative products.

In 1985 when the manufacture of PVC was in its adolescence, Wakefield Fascia Company, (formally P & C Stokoe) were appointed by Swish Building Products Ltd. To be their Wakefield stockist and supplier to the building trade.

Swish began manufacturing of extruded PVC products in 1976 and was one of the first companies in the world to successfully pioneer the technology. It is now considered by specifiers to be the Market Leaders in the industry.

Wakefield Fascia Company is still a small, family run business, in the capable hands of Michael, Peter and Jean New, we maintain the enviable reputation throughout the trade for quality roofline installations at a fair price.

We are extremely proud to hold to hold the status if Swish Approved Installer (reg No 0070) and have countless letters of commendation from a long list of satisfied customers. A selection from these letters can be found on our testimonial page.

Our policy is and always has been, that keeping the business at a controllable level will ensure steady growth and financial stability. To this end we employ just one team of two extremely experienced installers. Jason and Dean have been with the company for several years now and have proved to be one of our major assets. Many of the commendation letters we have received over the years are a consequence of their excellent work ethic.

We will implement all relevant aspects of Health and Safety legislation.

We will provide a written comprehensive specification and fair quotation.

We will not take any money as deposit.

We will treat your property with care and respect.

We will expedite the work in compliance with the Swish Installation Mandate.

We will issue a ten year Insurance Backed Warranty for the complete job.

 

Our advice and quotation come free of charge without any obligation to purchase. We do not employ salesmen and will not pressurise a potential customer to order.
